Most IT problems are not confined to one discipline.
A company running paid campaigns, a website, a CRM and payroll software usually works with four separate providers. Each does their own scope competently. The difficulty appears where those systems meet: leads that do not reach the CRM correctly, sites built without regard for what marketing needs to track, infrastructure chosen without reference to the applications running on it.
We added practices in the order those gaps appeared in client work. That is why one team here covers marketing through to infrastructure, and why we do not hand any part of it to a third party.
