Thirty minutes with an engineer and a delivery lead.

No sales person, no deck, no NDA required to talk. You will leave with an architecture sketch, a cost band and an honest read on feasibility.

Discovery or nothing

If it makes sense we propose discovery. If it does not, we say so and tell you what would.

Common
questions

Discovery usually starts within two to three weeks of a signed engagement letter. If we cannot staff it properly in that window we will tell you the real date rather than book you in and shuffle people later.

Roughly half our revenue is outside India. We run client-facing hours from Dubai for GCC accounts and Austin for US accounts, with delivery from Bengaluru. Overlap is scheduled, not improvised.

Frequently, and it is usually the best arrangement. We agree ownership boundaries in writing during architecture so nobody discovers in month three that two teams thought the other was handling authentication.

You do, from the first commit. Everything lives in your repositories and your cloud accounts. Documentation and runbooks are contractual deliverables, not something you request at the end.

Contracts have a thirty-day exit on both sides for time and materials work. You keep everything delivered to that point, documented to the standard we would hand over at completion.

No. The scoping call and the written summary that follows are free. Paid work begins at discovery, and only after you have seen a plan and a number.
